On May 07, 2013, I had occasion to do business with Right Touch Dental in Lithia Springs, GA.
This is a note to express my appreciation for the excellent service, I received from Dr. Lisa Kimble and her staff members. Dr. Lisa Kimble, Susanna, Brittany, and Rozita were considerate, hospitable, and extremely helpful.
In this day and age excellent patient service is often difficult to find. This is why I feel it is important that excellent patient care and service be acknowledged and documented.

My dentist office is like family. Everyone is so nice with you. they truly carry about your needs and solve all problems with you teeth. I will highly recommend Dr. Kimble's (Right Touch Dental).
Wonderful experience from start to finish.
First, I'll say Regina is the perfect complement to this wonderful office. It is great to walk in and have a knowledgeable person at the front desk. Although I didn't like her answer (because I'm cheap), she could explain the accounting quickly. Shante is a fabulous hygienist. She was gentle and explained everything during the process. The dental assistant student Brittany was a little scary at times. She is a student so I understand she will not know everything. I loved how Dr. Kimble made her think and talk through her processes so she wouldn't continue to make (technical) errors. Eventually,Tai came in to do my temporary crown and he was a breath of fresh air. I love his "I got it" and " I will take care of you" attitude. His confidence made it easier for me to relax. On to Dr. Kimble....She was perfect! She decided to pause on finishing my procedure because she has to go deeper than anticipated; and to continue without allowing it to heal first would have caused me much pain. I appreciate a dentist that cares about my well-being and not just pushing me through as if I am on an assembly line, collecting a check. She told me I may have pain and soreness after my procedure but I am pleased to say that I have no pain at all!! That only proves that she knows exactly what she's doing. For a person who is terrified of dentist, knowing that the dentist is competent and highly skilled helps relieve my anxiety. Thank you Dr. Kimble and the Right Touch Staff!!
Awesome experience , can't wait to attend all future appts, staff made my experience great I was afraid hate the X-ray part of the exam. But staff made it smooth sailing. Dr Kimble is awesome she is personal and truthful regarding the best care, she doesn't try to offer you options you don't need. Like teeth whiter. Overall great experience. Our family love our dentist.
