The exam was very thorough and I was impressed with their up to date equipment/tests (blood pressure cuff that goes on the wrist, less intense eye puff test, the option to have retina pictures taken instead of having your pupils dilated) Dr. Ames was very friendly and helpful!

My appointment was very thorough and professional.The staff was pleasant to work with.They were knowledgeable and helpful.They also made picking out my frames much easier.I would recommend Dr. Anderson and his staff to anyone.

They were very thorough in taking my ht. and wt. b/p etc. I have never been to an eye appt. where they do all of this and I must say I really didn't like it. The people were very nice but were trying too hard. I didn't really feel comfortable at my visit. I felt like a number. Overall I would say it was OK.

And findings during a yearly eye exam often find general health problems like diabetes, high blood pressure, and sadly the occasion cancer. We take our responsibility as part of your healthcare team very seriously. For that reason, we take general medical date to make sure there are not only vision threatening, but also general health problems as well.
We are very concerned you felt uncomfortable. We never look at patients like number, we know that every person that comes in has specific needs. We also never look for a one time transaction, we want to see you year after year. Thats how we have built our practice to the scale it is today.
