My mother and I have gone to Carlos and his stylists for over a decade. Carlos has always been one of the very best in our opinion, but since he was unavailable I decided to try someone new. I'm always hesitant to go to someone new but we have always trusted Carlos' judgment when it comes to the stylists in his salon. Christy is an amazing colorist! I have never had my hair died professionally and I have had pretty much the same style for a long time (dark brown hair in layers) so I wanted to try something new. Christy talked through my short cut ideas with me, brought out the hair color palette and we were able to find a shade of red that matched my skin tone and the look I was going for. She did an amazing job with placing my blonde highlights at my part so they are noticeable in the front and since my hair is curly she spent the extra time to make sure the shape was perfect for my hair curly or straight. It took a lot longer than I thought it would (3hrs) but even after it was dry Christy took the time to fix spots here and there so that it looked absolutely perfect. My hair grew with the cut and I'm scheduled to go back in a week after 7 weeks with the all over color and highlights. It is soooo worth the time and money to get your hair colored and styled by Christy!! She also explained that red color bleeds so she gave me some guidance on how to take care of it so it wouldn't fade so fast. Very good information for a newbie. She made me feel really comfortable when asking what I thought were stupid questions. Thank you so much!!

I love the crew at Betru Salon. The facility is modern and clean. It has a great energy and you feel very welcome. The owner Carlos is really wonderful, amazing with styling hair, and always provides a great experience.
Christy is fantastic and always does such an amazing job with my hair. She always gets my hair perfect and has a great eye for making it look great!
One tip - Book 2-3 weeks in advance as the stylists are very busy.

Christie is my hair stylist and she does a very good job. However, she was not available when I came for my hair appointment, so the receptionist recommended Sheridan. Sheridan did not do a good job, I will not use her again.
