I have been a patient at Premier Eye Care for several years and have never had a negative experience with them. Everyone is always genuinely friendly and professional. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

My $572.00 sunglasses came in after two weeks and were the wrong tint and they wanted to send them back and reorder them, came and picked them up anyway because I needed them for the weekend and will return them next week to be replaced again. Had to wait an hour till the other person return from lunch because the sale lady Sandra would not give me the cleaner bag that came with them. I buy five pairs of glasses and or contacts every other year and I have never gotten a pair with out a issue on something.

If it wasn't for Tammy at your office we would take our bussiness to someone else, don't let her go because she is a key person to your store.

Tammy is back from vacation and she was notified of the situation. She indicated that part of the reason your family has experienced more issues than most in the past is that members of your family have high prescriptions and warranty replacement is not as simple as ordering lenses; she is regularly training others to send in frames on higher prescriptions to insure warranty lenses will optimally fit.

Your situation with your sunglasses has prompted our optical manager to discuss prescription sunglasses with our optical lab to ensure that superior tinting, shaping, and adjustments to sunglasses are done. We have chosen this lab for their high level of quality and service.

The total on the ledger for your sunglasses was less than the number you indicated. Your out of pocket this month for eyewear was close to that amount, however, it included two other members of your family besides yourself.

High budget items like eyewear are solutions and your recognition of wearing ophthalmic sunglasses indicate you value the importance of taking care of your eyes.

We apologize for the challenges that we contributed to. Please know that this situation will continue to be solved by our optical manager. We, like you, only want a positive outcome.

I had such a great experience at Premiere Eye Care! Everyone was so friendly the minute I walked in the door. The technicians were more than willing to listen to any of my concerns about my vision as well as how I was doing personally. Dr. Sloan is the best! He is such a great eye doctor to have because he is very understanding and well skilled! He gave me the perfect prescription so now I can see better than ever! He also prescribed me some allergenic eye drops to help with the itching in my eyes! They take great care of me, down to every little detail! My appointment was smooth and enjoyable!
