Preferred Dental Care

Im just putting 3 stars cuz i feel that im constantly left behind with my appoinments!!! You said that we should respect the time that has been given to us when we schedule our apnmmnt in order to not waste the time and money of your business but at the same time when i go to my visits i dont feel i have any better service even if i get early. Indeed i had waited for almost one hour to be taken care of, so i just think that you should manage better the appointments you arange for us because whats the pointof me making or having an appoinmnt schedule at lets say 10:30 when in fact my orthodontist sees me for at least 45 min later??!!! And i have other multiple tasks to do too.

I thought the people were pleasant...and I love Dr. Trivedi....she made me very comfortable and showed me all what needed to be done. I am very Happy so far...I just had 1 visit.

My teenage daughters continue going there at this time. I already paid(8 months ago) 5.000 for my oldest daughter's braces and they still not finish. She had 4 appointments in a period of 6 months. Every time I go there we have to wait almost 1 1/2 to see Dr. Hashemi for not even 10 mins. I'm almost finish paying my youngest daughter's braces in 6 months and she doesn't have her bottom braces yet. I feel trapped because I cannot go anywhere because other dentists don't want to take any responsibility at this time.

My experience with Preferred Dental Care was very positive.The waiting time was minimal.I had a Xrays and a cleaning.The person who took the xrays as well as the person who cleaned my teeth did a very professional job. They also welcomed me in a friendly and cordial manner.a job well done.

Simply Great!!!

Everyone is so super nice! They are so gentle when doing work, and even more gentle when giving the needle for more serious dental work. Dentist visits are dreadful, but the staff is so great at making sure it is a friendly and welcoming environment. Most of all, they are excellent at making sure we are comfortable when they have to do the gritty work on our teeth!

After three months of agonizing pain and paying thousands for procedure after procedure (none of which fixed the problem) I lost one tooth and have to replace the messed up cap they put on another. I called one Friday in agony with the pain and was told they couldn't see me until Monday. I had to go to an emergency dentist and was told Preferred dental left a massive infection in my jaw and had unseeded one of my teeth. Preferred had put a cap on the tooth not realizing it needed root canal. After weeks of pain they finally did the root canal but instead of grinding the cap off, the idiot novice dentist tried to yank the cap straight off! I was in agony and screamed at her to stop. Then they did the root canal through the tooth but apparently didn't get all the infection. The tooth Preferred loosened and cracked when they tried to yank the cap off had to be pulled. It took weeks of antibiotics to clear up the infection Preferred left in my mouth and never realized was there. Now after paying Preferred thousands of dollars, 4 months of pain and losing 15 lbs, I have to pay thousands more to fix the mess Preferred left. When I complained to Preferred they shrugged and told me "these things happen." Do not risk your teeth with these butchers.

As usual everyone was polite and friendly!! I had a nice cup of tea and I did not have a long wait!! The office was decorated nicely!

Preferred Dental provides a professional and friendly environment. I am always seen in a timely manner and receive A1 service. Dr. Lee and the dental staff are to be commended for their proficiency and cordiality.
