Everyone who works there is very kind, knowledgeable and competent. I feel 100% at ease leaving my dog there for procedures.

Most of the front desk staff is awesome and is always happy to see my dog, which is what any owner wants in a vet environment. They are great.

Was not pleased with Dr. Humble at all. She answered any questions I had, but she did not voluntarily talk about the spay procedure whatsoever or what would be done, basically examined my dog and suggested unnecessary tests and promoting the brand of food they carry, telling me my dog will get tartar stains and this food will prevent it. My dog does great on her food - it is one of the top brands (Acana). She basically tried to scare me into running an unnecessary test (which I knew was 100% unnecessary), and made me feel stupid for choosing not to. A vet should be caring - it is extremely inappropriate for her to judge the choices and knowledge the owner carries that she does not and to try to scare them into things just for money. This shows they do not truly care about the animal, just money. Other than that, all the other vets seem nice. Heard my dog whining extremely loudly in the back for quite some time when I came to pick her up the next day...The vet tech who brought her out (from a different Pet Vet) wouldn't tell me why and seemed very rushed and had a bad attitude. Nobody likes to leave their pet with people who have rude attitudes, so hopefully these reviews are taken into consideration.

It was nice that I was able to call in as many times as I wanted to check on my dog, and had calls returned updating me on her state. Mandy (the vet tech) is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. Overall, I am glad this experience is over.

Very experienced vets, friendly staff. The hospital is pretty busy so wait times can be a little long - but nothing unreasonable. My only complaint is that I told the vet that I have pet insurance, so he was welcome to run a more expensive blood panel on my dog (he originally wanted to run the cheap Senior panel, but I told him he was okay to run the more expensive Vomit/Diarrhea panel). When I went to pay, they also charged me for Heartworm Test - which I neither requested, nor is it covered by my insurance. Not a big deal, it was only $20, but still. Make sure you're not paying for charges that you didn't approve.

The staff at Pet Vet have for the most part been efficient & courteous. There has never been any issues with the vets themselves. They have always answered any questions that may have come up.
