Dr. Todd was excellent with Willy. I am very pleased with the care that was given to my little boy. I would highly recommend Pet Vet to people.

I booked my pet in for a free exam which I was entitled to, as well as a free heart worn and tick analysis that was sent to me by email. I got roped into a full preventative exam, and all of his shots- which were due to be down in 2 weeks, but the shots are not my concern, the exam fee is. I am actually considering going elsewhere as I do not like to be mislead.

We are so sorry you left feeling this way. Our veterinarians will never proceed with any treatments or services without permission from owners at the time of the visit. Our vaccination package includes a physical exam, you were not charged extra for this service. The promotion you are referring to for the free heartworm test indicated that it was free if we were running a preventive wellness panel. Again, we apologize for the confusion and have notified the manager as we take our clients comments and concerns very seriously. The manager would love the opportunity to discuss it further, please feel free to contact the clinic at any time.

The only issue was that when I called for a price to have shots, there were extras that I was not made aware of.
