Way over priced compared to other vets I was charged 900 dollars for six hours of care ! The next day I brought my dog to a different place for care and it cost me 450.00 dollars for 24 hour around the clock care he had an IV , three different meds, food and an X-ray done and there was staff there with my pet all night watching him they where able to diagnose him where as petvet could not!

I would have liked the opportunity to explain all the services we provided in comparison to the services received elsewhere, which would help you better understand the fees. Please keep in mind that we did the majority of the diagnostic testing here which would explain why your invoice was a bit higher. We are so confident in our fees and quality of care that we offer a best price guarantee that no other hospitals do, which I did explain to you. We pride ourselves in the quality of medicine we provide and will not compromise this. We are sorry to see you go but wish you and your pets all the best.

Excellent, the best. I know my Lucy gets the best care, and everyone there is so kind. I highly recommend yous. Anyone that takes there pets to yous can rest easy knowing there getting excellent care.

I love the service I receive at Pet Vet. I do feel they are understaffed though. It's always so busy in there (Saturdays especially) and the two young girls on the desk always seem run off their feet dealing other customers and the phones are ringing off the hook. Great people though! Very helpful and cheerful

The doctors and staff at Pet Vet are always available and eager to answer any questions, provide support and give exceptional care to my two cats. I have been with Pet Vet since both of my 5-yr.old cats have been kittens, and I would highly recommend their services to everyone. Thank you for all that you do!

I have always been happy with the service that I receive at Pet Vet East Side. I appreciate the warm welcome I always get and the happy reactions the staff have when my Ned comes in for an appointment. I have used Pet Vet for boarding as well and have been happy with the care Ned has received. I appreciate the emails and photo's sent to me while I am away. Gives me extra piece of mind.

Bella was in for minor surgery and that was the best experience I have had there. I was given a tour of where Bella was being kept along with how and where the surgery was going to take place. I felt so much better since being able to see this all first hand. Thank you for that. In all the times I have had her in for surgery to include my last pet I have never been taken into the back and shown before. I think it is a wonderful idea to include the families as it sure had me leave with great piece of mind... Thank you

Dr. Todd was excellent with Willy. I am very pleased with the care that was given to my little boy. I would highly recommend Pet Vet to people.
