Waiting time was reasonably fast. Blood tests results were given the next day. Vet seemed thorough and patiently answered all my questions. My only suggestion would be that front desk reception treat all pets equally. A great deal of fuss was made over one pet and others were barely acknowledged.

What a great reassuring experience. Dr. Brian was fantastic in listening to our concerns and most important in how he examined and treated Roxi. He took great care to explain everything that we needed to know regarding options and his recommendations ( which were very realistic). Roxi is already feeling better which means the world to us. Excellent large clean offices & consultation rooms. Friendly & professional staff. Appointment time was prompt. Dr. Don B. was extremely professional, helpful, explained everything clearly and concisely, worked well with my K9 AND the initial acupunture treatment has already garnered some positive results. It is a pleasure to be able to have other modalities at hand to assist our four legged friends. Many thanks and we can't wait to see what additional comfort further treatments provide.

Jasper had excellent care while being treated at Pet Vet. Dr Bissonnette personally called
with an update on his condition before surgery and also again after surgery to inform me of
Jasper's status. Dr Bissonnette explained fully Jasper's post-operative care and made sure
that I understood the medications and how Jasper would feel in the couple of days following
the surgery.

Depending on what doctor you see, the price of the visit varies drastically. Dr. Waite is always way too expensive compared to Dr. Bassonette. I appreciate the thourough exam, but Dr. Waite seems to apply every test imaginable and prescribe the Vet's food - always. It just seems too expensive every time I see her compared to the other doctors. Next time I will ask for another doctor. I believe she is a great doctor - I just can't afford her.
