They got me in right away because my small kitten was sick! They were friendly and professional. Even though we had to do the appointment via curbside drop off and phone calls, I felt like the vet explained herself well and helped me feel great about Charlie’s care. I definitely will be staying with them for all our cats’ visits!

As always our experience with PHAH was excellent. We saw Dr. Breidenbaugh, who I am not sure we have seen before, and she was extremely nice, very informative and made us feel so at ease when talking to her about our concerns with Penelope. Even though we didn't get to meet her in person and only spoke by phone because of COVID you could tell she has a genuine love for all of the animals in her care. I am always so grateful for the care our animals have received at PHAH (past and present). The entire staff is absolutely stellar! Thank you for all that you do!

I brought my father’s cat Chipper for a routine exam as a new patient at PHAH. PHAH is doing a great job handling contactless patient visits with efficiency and convenience. I’ve been a client there for decades now with 3 generations of my own cats. I really trust PHAH with providing the best care for my cats.
