This place has some of the most friendly staff the take that extra minute to make sure that your child understands what's going on and how to take the best care of there mouth.

Last November-December, the lovely woman in the billing department was rude over the phone, after trying to explain why it was not right to put a "wrong code" in the bill. I explained that she would need to look into correcting or create a code to match the service that was provided, not because they cannot correct the info in the bill. Being lazy may be OK, but to be rude wasn't OK. I tried to get hold of the office manager but she was out of office. Then holidays craziness came around and we forgot. We have been with this dental group for about 4 years or more now. In general, the staff team has been wonderful to my kids.

I love this place. The staff treats my kids so well. They know all of the tricks on how to keep them calm. Dr Cathers is one of the friendliest dentists that we have ever met. We now refer our friends to this office. If I could give six stars I would.

Wonderful place. We are there only twice a year, but they make you feel like you're the only patient they have. Attentive, kind, and overall always a great experience!
