My cat is not the most friendly at the vet, and both the tech and the doctor were amazing with him. Gentle, nice, and very understanding. They provided me with tips for helping him calm down in the future. This is absolutely where I'll be taking him for any needs in the future.

Dr. Ipsyn is so incredible. Every time I go I am so grateful for the way he treats Mr. Big Cat and me. Hes so gentle and kind to him, he speaks calmly which helps Mr. Big Cat remain calm and takes his time examining. And when he explains things to me hes very thorough and makes sure I understand. I would recommend Payson Family Pet Hospital to anyone, and I do. Ive been coming for about 10 years and I love it. The staff is amazing too.
