My Etta means the world to me and it is important to me that she is happy, clean and loved. There is little doubt that my Etta is the cutest dog on the planet, but we must give credit where credit is due. Because of Marissa attention to detail, Etta always looks fantastic, even after her hair has grown out 8 weeks. With each brushing, I note her cut remains even and bouncy. Marissa's skills have given Etta a style she deserves. Marissa always ask for my input and follows thru with my requests. Most important to me however, is Etta's comfort level with her groomer and environment. Dogs don't lie and while we are lucky that Etta is a willing partner to being groomed, her eagerness to greet and be with Marissa confirms to me they have formed a warm friendship. Thank you Marissa and the staff at Paws Applause for your professional and loving care of my baby Etta!

Everyone I spoke with on the phone and in the office was very helpful. The dogs went in dirty and shabby then three hours later came out clean with a fresh cut. They looked great and I will definitely be back! Thank you

I am very pleased with the quality of service my dog, Roxie, receives for her regular grooming appointments at Paws Applause. Carol is a talented groomer and does a beautiful job with Roxie; the puppy cut Carol gives to Roxie always looks adorable! More importantly though, Carol is very gentle in her approach. Roxie is an old gal and not a great fan of being groomed. Carol is aware of this and really goes out of her way to keep the stress low for Roxie. This makes for a happy dog and a happy dog owner!

The ladies who work in the store are also lovely. They are always friendly and very helpful. I always have a positive experience when I go to Paws Applause!

Loved how my dog looked when I picked him up ..Always looks so professional...I would love some feedback from groomer sometimes when I pick my dog up from his grooming appt. . Alittle more communication after visits sometimes would be helpful...I never know how he acts or doesn't act for groomer.. But, overall,, my dog looks great after each visit.....
