Like my past visits, nothing has changed.

I was treated in a fast, courteous manor. Jeremy had me in and out of there very fast!

The boys in the shop know me by name and they always greet me on my arrival.

The waiting area is always clean and orderly.

Jeremy always starts a personal conversation. This makes the waiting time much shorter!

Great Garage... Great crew...

The brakes went on my car at a very inopportune time, we had to have the repair done the next day, Jeremy squeezed us in, did the job perfectly and got us on our way. Oh and the price was awesome. Thank you Jeremy.

My story...

My air conditioner was not working.

i was not concerned as the weather was not that hot.

earlier this week we had an extremely hot day. I called Jeremy and he said they were busy, so I told him to give me an appointment.

He thought about it for a few seconds,

and then he said bring it in now.

I was in and out of there in in no time at all.

Now that is what I call dedicated service.

This kind of service is not offered by any other garage that I can think of.

Great garage, Great service, but most of all... Great employees.

This is the reason I still rate them 5 stars, and a number 10.

Best repair shop anyplace . Real mechanics with real training , if you want it fixed right the first time then this is the place. A repair station where you wouldn't be afraid to take or let your wife go alone, always pleasant, informative and appointments are always on time. Prices are as quoted with no big surprises -----ever. Have done business here for years and plan on continuing for years to come. Bill Mott

Jeremy once again proved that honesty and technical competence are the hallmark of Paul's

When discussing the complex and expensive task of replacing a fuel injector and cat, both of which are needed simply due to age of car, he told me point blank, he would do a compression test of the cylinder indicated in the OBD code, as, were there an issue, the repairs would be useless on a dying motor.

"Fail the compression, we're done"

The cost of the work lost would have been in the thousands. This kind of honesty, to say nothing of the competence to do the job right, means anyone can, with the greatest of confidence, use Paul's garage to effectuate the best possible protocol of repair, considering all factors, personal and mechanical.

As usual 100% completely satisfied!

I have yet to have a bad experience at Pauls.

I miss Mary very much as she was promoted to the Towing Garage, although Jeremy took over without a glitch.

I could go on and on.....
