Ashley at the front desk reception was very rude. Did not smile once, did not greet me, did not say thank you at payment of service. Not a good representation of the school at all. Most girls were friendly and seem to enjoy what they do, not Ashley. She looks miserable. Maybe she is but don’t bring it to work. Someone needs to train her on the basics of customer service.

I had excellent attention and caring to what I wanted on a perm. Right down to the size of the rod. Natalie was a little nervous but I assured her she was doing fine.
AND if you all remember I was the lady who locked her keys in her cat GRRR
thanks to Lauren a bottle bod water got me thru and AAA got me on the road again. Thank you all and YES I WILLBE BACK AND SM TELLING ALL MERRY CHRISTMAS

Was VERY happy that the shampoo service was reactivated. Got a conditioning treatment that really made my hair shine and soft to the touch. Also liked the fact the stylist was present and easy to talk to. It meant a lot for her to sit by me as I was under the dryer to make sure it wasn't to hot.
