Emilee was amazing. She’s so sweet and kind. But my appointment took way longer than it should of. Every time she tried to find her teacher she was no where around. I felt like teaching didn’t seem like a major priority. But I will be back.

I am so grateful you guys were able to accommodate my religious needs of not letting any men see my hair. You guys were able to seat me in a corner where I felt comfortable that no man would see my hair for religious purposes. The ladies that worked on my hair today (Madison, student, and Ursula, teacher) were very polite and talented at what they do. I had a great experience; thank you!

When calling to make the appointment, I was promised that my haircut would take about 30-40 minutes over the phone. I set my appointment to be at the earliest time possible which was 9:15 am. I was not sat down until 9:45 am by a new student which I clearly stated I was ok with. She then proceeded to not wash my hair before, her supervisor advised me my haircut is simple and will take 15 minutes. This hair in reality took more than two hours and I was left speechless by the atrocious experience. She cut my hair 5 inches more than what I asked for, the supervisor handed me off and the student cut my hair slanted, the supervisor and student then began to argue infant of me because none of them wanted to put long layers in my hair, they then both agued and walked away leaving me. A manger came after about 10 minutes and took care of the haircut. After telling them about having to be at work, I was then left with the student again who did not know how to blow dry my hair properly after her manager adv her to. I was sitting there blow drying my own hair and did not even get touched up. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever faced and disruptive. Then they had the audacity to make me pay for an incomplete haircut where I HAD to dry my own hair with the blow dryer. I have been coming here for years but never again.
