I had such an amazing experience at the Newburyport port location with Jess the hygenist and the dentist as well. I had not been to the dentist in quite awhile due to my own insecurities, and I can not say enough good things about this place. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend them and already made my 6 mnth appointment before I even left the office.

Very attentive and knowledgeable staff. Dr Mathew makes going to the dentist a breeze and something to look forward to. I do not live near Newburyport and drive over 45 mins to have all of my dental needs met at this clinic.

The Hygienist was very great and patient with children. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Very Happy with our first visit and Happy to find a great Dental Practice in our hometown of Newburyport!

I wasn't really greeted. I waiting a really long time. The experience was disorganized I guess the dental hygienist wasn't in her normal space. But even at the end they tried to book me a follow up for someone else's condition, they didn't even have my paperwork to refer to.
With that said the cleaning was good and the dentist was very personable and knowledgable. It just seemed really unorganized .

Although I don't look forward to a dental appt., my visit was comfortable from the start. Very friendly receptionist to put you at ease. The professional care I received from Pamela was excellent. Dr. Mathews explained importance of health maintenance, oral care to reduce dental problems. I look forward to continuing my oral care with this very caring group.
