Ranger was happy and well cared for as far as I could tell. I do feel that a bath should be included in boarding. and not just the luxury package. I will use you again. I am happy to recommend parks animal hospital for veterinary and boarding services.

My dog had to stay the night and I tried to reach the office multiple times during hours to get an update on my pup but no one ever answered the phone. Other than that my experience was a good one

Vaccines were not available, did not get notified until 10 minutes before appt. waited 35 minutes for rabies shot and dr to come. Still have to make another trip for the vaccines.
