Overall the staff are great, especially Dr. Howard, Dr. Steve, My therapist Cee, Cee, Cheryl, Charlie, Dr. Tracey etc. Dr. Jeff presents himself as the know it all, but that is simply not the case. He fails to listen to the patients and to me that is critical when you are in the business of servicing people. I had a very bad experience with him in which my job was lost due to him not following up and listening. His brother which appears to be the boss tried his best to rectify the situation, but it was too late. This experience left me unsure about the services that are provided, and gives me doubt that I'm being represented appropriately.

Here in the office we do strive to make sure our patients are well taken care of and well handled when it comes to all their needs, including but not limited to any and all paperwork associated with their care. We know how important proper care is and we do everything in our power to make sure things run smoothly and correctly. We also rely on the cooperation of our patients as many times in order for paperwork to be approved in various cases, the cooperation and compliance of our patients is vital, as without it, things can go wrong. It is definitely a team effort especially when any work related injury is at stake. Once again the staff at dolson Ave chiro has helped me alleviate my pain that I have had for quite some time. Dr Jeff and all his staff have always got me back on my feet regardless of what ails me today. Thanks bill kothe

I had gotten into a bad car accident back in 2014 and went to Sobo and Sobo attorney at law to settle legal paper work. As days went by, my pain went from non existing to brutal aches that only got worst. Mr. Greg Sobo referred me to Dolson Ave. medical to get some pain relief and not only was he right, but I'm happy to finally see some progress in getting rid of this dull ache in my lower back and left shoulder! When I first arrived, I was taken back in how many people were in the office but once I gave it a shot, not only did I meet helpful caring doctors and friendly staff, I also meet some great new friends as well. Thank you to all who's helped me on my path to recovery!

I started coming to Dolson Avenue Medical because after 8 years of knee pain, I couldn't take the discomfort anymore. As soon as I walked inside I was greeted by lovely wonderful ladies that already knew my name before I even said hi! After I spoke to Dr. Spina about my knee pain, he guided me and introduced me to the acupuncturist who was very knowledgable and pleasent to speak to. One of my favorite hobbies to do is play basketball and I was extremely nervous that I would never have the chance to play again! Dr. Spina reassured me that if I stick with therapy that I would be able to run laps around other competitors and he was right! Thank you to all the doctors that helped me, I'm on my way to great things!!

I have only gone a short period of time but my improvement has given me hope that soon I will be back to normal and my mobility will be restored. I am confident that all the help that the physical therapist chiropractic and Drs at Dolson Avenue Medical will get me to a pain free and stronger life. I am greatful for all the wonderful positive encouragement that everyone there has given me.

WHEN I STARTED GOING ALMOST 2 YRS. AGO I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO GET CLOSETAFOBIC (KNOW SPELLED WRONG) FIRST OF ALL, TO CROWDED, NO PRIVACY, SOME ARE BETTER THAN OTHERS WHEN IT COMES TO A MASSAGE, AND ADJUSTMENT. SOME DO IT RUSHED AND SOME TAKE THERE TIME. MY PAPERS SAYS I AM SUPPOSE TO HAVE 30 MN SESSIONS, NEVER GOT A TREATMENT THAT LONG. IT'S LIKE THEY WANT MORE AND MORE PEOPLE TO COME AND NOT DO MUCH FOR THE PATIENTS. I KNOW MY PROBLEM WAS BIGGER THAN THEY THOUGHT AND NEVER WAS SENT TO GET MRI'S WHICH I HAD TO DO ON MY OWN AFTER GOING THERE FOR ALMOST 2 YRS. YES, I DID HAVE SOMETHING MORE SERIOUS. SPENDING ALL THOSE CO-PAYS FOR WHAT, ALWAYS WAS HURTING MORE AFTER I GOT OUT, DEPENDING WHO I GOT BUT STILL IN PAIN. A FRIEND OF OURS WENT FOR THE FREE CONSULTATION TO SEE HOW IT WAS SHE DIDN'T LIKE IT AND ONE OF THE DOCTOR'S HAD AN ARGUMENT WITH HER AND TOLD HER TO GET OUT. NOT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL WAY TO TREAT SOMEONE, ESPECIALLY IF YOUR SUPPOSE TO BE A DR. (WHICH I WONDER SOMETIMES), HMMM! I HAD SOMETHING HAPPEN TO ME THEIR AND SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES JUST LOOKED AT ME AND DIDN'T EVEN ASK IF I WAS OK OR IF I NEED SOME KIND OF ACCCOMMENDATION AND THE ONE WHO WAS TREATING ME DIDN'T DO A DAMN THING AND LAUGHED IT OUT. I REALLY DON'T WANT TO GO THERE ANYMORE WHICH I STOPPED FINALLY. I AM NOT A PERSON WITH ALL KINDS OF MONEY TO BE PAYING THOSE CO-PAYS, I AM UNEMPLOYED. I AM VERY SORRY TO GIVE BAD RATINGS BUT IT'S THE TRUTH........I LOVE TO GIVE GREAT ONES BUT CAN'T.
