I have been seeing Dawn at LA Medspa for nearly two years. When I started Laser Hair Removal, I had been married for 15 years and in that time, never allowed my husband to touch my face. I shaved twice a day just to keep the facial hair at bay. No one knew that I had this problem, but I knew. It really affected my self-esteem, even though I knew it was a hereditary issue. I had tried everything, waxing, electrolysis, creams, you name it, and I tried it. Then one day I saw an ad on Living Social for laser hair removal and thought, what the heck, it can't hurt. I am so glad I did. After one treatment, there was a noticeable difference. After three, the majority of my facial hair was gone and now after two years, I no longer have to shave, wax or worry. My husband says it's been worth every penny so that he can finally touch my face. It's restored intimacy in our relationship and helped to boost my self-esteem. Dawn and the staff are so friendly and they really care about your concerns. I've recommended them to friends who have all be very pleased with their services. Was greeted as I walked in by the receptionist who was very pleasant.. Jodi the NP was exceptional. She was very pleasant & answred all my questions, offered wonderful advice, and didn't make me feel rushed while there.. I plan on coming back..

I have really enjoyed my experience at LA Medspa, the service is always great and the prices very reasonable. Dawn is great, she takes what can sometimes feel like an uncomfortable situation and makes you feel at-ease. Also love the renovations!
