Back in March, the service was subpar when my wife was given the runaround in getting our truck's oil changed. I had thought of dropping this shop as our go to auto repair facility. When my wife needed a new battery, I called around other options for quotes. As reluctant as I was, I decided to give this shop another shot. The customer service and pricing was incredible. My wife was treated with respect and the fast turnaround was unexpected. Less than a half hour! Does this change the experience from March, no, but it does show it was an isolated incident and I'm once again sold on the foundation of this establishment's business ethic.
