Physical Therapist , Tracy McClosky (sp ?) was extremely professional and determined the exact protocal for my problems areas. Everyone that I encountered, whether at the Front Desk, Therapist Assistants and Massage Therapist were efficient and very qualified to perform in their role at New Stride Physical Therapy. Everyone was personable, caring and pleasant at all times !

I am extremely impressed with the service I've received thus far. I have plenty of experience with physical therapy; over the past several years, I've been to five different places for treatment.
The staff is very friendly and professional (which surprisingly is quite uncommon for others) yet at the same time laid back. I feel as though I will finally be on the road to a pain-free life.

Very polite. Make me feel comfortable, like I am not just another client. The receptionist up front is really helpful and sweet, and her smile says a lot about how she must really like her job and people.They are accommodating. And I can tell Brooke, my therapist, loves what she does. Her teaching is professional, done nicely, and sweetly, to the point and where I can understand it.

Personal attention to my needs for recovery have been excellent, I have been in the New Stride PT program on several different occasions for different surgeries. All have helped me to be back on track with my life. Thank you New Stride!

Enjoyed my time there, they became like a family. The process was slow but feel it was worth it.
Would definitely choose New Stride again if the I need physical therapy in the future.
