I have had recurring lower back pain for many years. I have been treated by several health care professionals in that span of time. New Stride is the only care provider that has made a significant improvement in my condition. There is lliterally no cure for my condition, but New Stride has greatly lessened the tightness of my back, and has greatly increased the interval between bad back episodes. They have also provided great assistance with an exercise routine and a "first aid" routine to assist when I have the onset of a bad back episode.

If there were 10 stars, I would choose 10 stars. Dr. Traci McCloskey is the very BEST. She always listens with patience, explains why you have the particular symptoms (Which always makes me feel better right there) and comes up with the perfect PT plan tailored to you. Her staff is excellent, friendly and supportive. Oscar, gives the best massages I have had and he also has such a positive demeanor and explains "why, what and how". I cannot imagine ever having to go to another place. I love New Stride, Dr. Traci McCloskey and her staff.

New Stride Physical Therapy has done wonders for me. For my orientation, Dr. Traci McCloskey met with me and explain the goals she had set for me in getting me back to my normal healthy life. She even took time to explain my injured condition as she worked on me. The rest of her staff are wonderful as well. The receptionist is very friendly and welcomes you with a smile. She tries to accommodate each patient's schedule to benefit them. The physical therapists know what they are doing with each patient. In addition, everyone is friendly, courteous, and professional as they work on each patient. When I walk into New Stride, I know that I am going to be taken care of. I strongly recommend New Stride to everyone. Great Job New Stride!
