I went to NOVA Spine & Injury Center with sudden/acute lower back pain just a few days before I was scheduled to be on travel. They were able to fit me in and helped me be more comfortable on my long plane, train, etc., rides. I continued to receive treatments when I returned and have been completely satisfied. The staff is exceedingly knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. And, they are very personable, which makes a huge difference when one is in pain and cranky about not being able to fix it on his/her own (!). I am so glad I stumbled upon them. I will happily recommend them to family and friends.

I can't even explain how grateful I am for Dr. Shaffer. He is Professional,Knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain the problem as well as the treatment. He has a great sense of humor which relaxed me. I felt very comfortable in that atmosphere. After one treatment, the pain has substanially subsided. I highly recommend Dr. Shaffer NOVA spine and injury center.

Friendly and professional staff. I have never had to wait after arriving at my scheduled appointment time and that is BIG to me !! The Doctors provide a variety of treatments that I feel confident with, and they communicate with me thoroughly so I always feel I am getting answers and feedback.

Having had arthritis move into my spine, I began seeing Dr. Taheri to see if it could provide some relief. Dr. Taheri's approach to my problem was exactly what I needed an began to provide results with the first visit. Her patient approach to providing gradual manipulations and reinforcing them with directed at home streatching has significantly improved my quality of life. I would recommend her treatments without any reservation at all.

Dr. Shaffer is excellent. He has high knowledge and skills on his profession. He explains very well on questions I have over my back and neck pain. The through treatments and custom exercise routines help me to gain my strength back. I cannot thank him enough for providing a neat environment and positive energy towards my recovery.

I had grown used to Chiropractors taking 15-20 minutes with me, twisting, popping, and cracking, and sending me on my way. Not at NOVA Spine & Injury Center. During my first visit, we spent a full hour discussing my health background and current ailments. Dr. Taheri then spent another 30 minutes making gentle adjustments and providing other treatments. I am delighted to have found this practice and will recommend them to anyone who needs treatment.
