Went for oil change and tire rotation. Asked specifically to have windshield wiper fluid put into car, and it was not done.

After getting in to have my car looked at for suspected strut and exhaust issues, I was surprised to get a phone call about an hour later explaining that the repairs were a lot less serious than I would've thought, and would've been willing to pay for.
I have been going to Northridge for over 10 years and I can honestly say that the quality of care paired with their honesty keeps me coming back.

I was pleased with the quick and friendly service. I knocked off a star for not putting a seat cover on my seat. I knocked off another star for not asking if I wanted to keep my tires that they were taking off. I was having snow tires put on a brand new car so the tires they were taking off were not old and I would be putting them back on in Spring.
