Front desk/office manager is the sweetest person. (Sorry I wish I could remember her name) So kind and helpful. She really puts me at ease before my appointment. She even saved "my spot" in the waiting room. One thing though, I saw the silk flower arrangement has gone missing. It really dressed up the waiting room!
Shelly was her usual wonderful self. Very compassionate to the "gagger" she had in her chair and her creative approach to solving the larger bites used for digital X-rays made it tolerable. Dr. Rathjen was friendly and chatting about the shared passion of golf while giving me his opinion on future the concerns of my dental health.
Great dentistry, as always. Fillings were more expensive than anticipated.
