Had my appointment at 2:20 PM EST. Came in a bit early to make sure all documentation was in order and they were able to see me a tad earlier than the set time. Went through the whole eye exam, picked out frames and got that all decided within the hour and was out about 2:50 PM EST I think. Quick and easy, especially with the online patient registration. Smooth process.

Regular exam. Always thorough and very personable staff. No pressure for options you don't need or want. Dr. Merckle always listens to me and the process feels collaborative.
