Brought in our dog around 5:00PM. Wait time was only about 40 minutes and Dr. Hansen was prompt, helpful, and friendly. Overall excellent service and attention.

The vet techs and front desk were very nice and helpful. The couple different vets we dealt with were rude and not very helpful in understand what is going on.

Doctors were super responsive, took the time to answer all my questions, called to give updates and did an awesome job getting our dog healed. Also, the staff were super friendly and helpful.

We waited 5 hours to see a vet, and the individuals who were in the waiting room when we arrived said they had been there for more than 6 ours by the time they were leaving. It was a holiday weekend, but I am surprised they only had one vet on staff. Despite the extremely long wait, the staff was friendly and attentive.
