Staff at the clinic were very friendly and accommodating. Facility was very clean.

Everyone was patient and answered questions. The vet even did the eye check int he office with me, instead of taking my pup to the back, like they normally do. Very accommodating, relatively fast for a non-emergency need (our vet was not open on the weekend, so we needed to go to the emergency vet to check on the eye). The only downside was that we had no idea how long we were going to be there before getting seen - but that's kind of the nature of emergency care, it seems.

My baby was injured in a fight with another cat. This was my first visit to N Peninsula Emergency Clinic. I was very impressed with the overall experience and the staff. They were kind, gentle, and honest about the type of treatment she needed. No additional testing or procedures where pushed on us. We came and left in a timely manner, and the bill was not extremely expensive. KONA and I both felt very safe and well taken care of. Thank you guys so much for being there to help my baby! We appreciate your help!

Fairly certain my pet was locked in a cage for 5 hours not receiving the treatment we agreed upon. When i took my pet out his carrier he was in worse shape then what i brought him in. The invoice did not charge me for any of the services they claim they did.

Very unsatisfied. No diagnosis as to what was causing my dog's pain. Only a pain shot.

While I understand that there are sick animals in the back being cared for as well as the animals in the front, the service here is painfully slow. I was at the clinic for 3 hours. During that time, only 3 new animals came in. I am by no means saying that my animal is more important, but it seems a very inefficient system. The prices at the clinic are shockingly high as well. Overall, horrible experience. I can only hope that in the future, my animals never need to go back.

We just had The Duke a day and he became ill. We rushed him to the North Peninsula Vet ER Clinic. They evaluated our pup and he stayed overnight. He was very dehydrated from vomiting and diahrea. They took very good care of him and he was able to come home the next day. It was a little pricey, but you can't put a price on the love of our pup. If you have an animal you have to be prepared to take care of it.

Thanks to Dr. Wolf and Dr. Hansen and all the girls that took care of our pup. They were all great!
