I couldnt find more compassionate, professional, kind people. The facility radiates love and nurture. Each employee of noank vet have outstanding people skills, empathy and sympathy. The doctors do not rush you out yet they are extremely thorough and understanding or your pet's needs. From the bearded dragons to the furry babies..they make each "baby " feel loved, special and important.

I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you for all you do above and beyond your calling

I love MNVH and wouldn't think of taking Oreo anywhere else. But there is one tiny issue that frustrates me more times than one would think. That is the fact that you don't post your lunch break schedule on either your web-site or Facebook page. When I have to run in to pick up catfood, I always check to make sure you are open as there are sometimes holidays or snow days that I'm not immediately aware of. As hard as I've tried, I cannot seem to keep the lunch break info in my elderly brain. A single sentence at the bottom of the daily schedule would be sufficient to save me a delay outside your door waiting for two o'clock.

Great experience from start to finish! Everyone we encountered was very nice and we felt like they genuinely cared about our cat's well being. The office was up to date, well maintained and very clean. We enjoyed watching the fish in the large aquarium in the waiting room and interacting with the resident cat :)

Happy that we now have a local vet for our visits to the area and we'll definitely be back!!

Noank-Mystic Vet Hospital is the best... in September we brought our old girl in to see you and everyone there was so kind and helpful during our sad time... so when we got a new puppy it was an easy choice to bring him in to see you all... you all have a very special place in our hearts and we will never go anywhere else.. I will recommend you to anyone.. thank you for being so awesome

As laid back of a bunny as coco is, they were so nice & friendly, that he KEPT his cool, even during laser therapy, while sick, & in unfamiliar territory.. Even cool enough for selfies with the staff! I will be returning soon to drop him off for his surgery & Ill be a completely calm bunny mama while I leave him in thier care. My 1st experience with a vet office & it was a great 1!
