I arrived to the appointment (as requested) early to complete paperwork my massage therapist was nearly 10 minutes late retreiving my from the waiting room. The advertised 30 minute sugar scrub lasted less than 10 minutes.
My massage was fine. The masseuse used a body foam rather than massage oil, and the viscosity and temperature did not promote relaxation.
I feel there are spas in the area that offer far superior services. The atmosphere was average for a spa. I am unlikely to return or recommend.

I have massages by Nermin and he is great. Highly recommend him. Always an overall good experience there.

I visited the Natural Body location at The Collection in mid August. It had been about a year since I had any spa treatment, and I was excited to visit Natural Body as I remembered them from when I lived in the city years ago. The spa is very nice, with a relaxing atmosphere and layout. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The service I elected was the microdermabrasion facial, and it exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back!

Natural Body is amazing and I would not consider going any where else. The staff is wonderful and the spa itself is relaxing
The minute you walk in. I can't say enough good things about Nerman, the massage therapist that I see. He is kind, and professional and I would find it hard to believe that anyone could provide a better deep tissue and fascism release message. The best!

This is my 2nd visit to this spa . The first time I came I really enjoyed my masseuse(can't remember her name unfortunately) . She did such an amazing job that I fell asleep! Mindy was my masseuse this time. Didn't get the same experience. She doesn't use much pressure. My massage was just okay.
I will return but will ask for the person I first used.
