The care by the staff is excellent but I feel very sorry for them. The lack of interest from your corporate office in running this facility is terrible. They have not had proper lighting for years. The computers are out of date and horribly slow. The mound of paperwork required to fill out from your regular customers like myself is grueling even for simple boarding or regular procedures. If the same lack of care is given by your offices in the back as well as in the front I may have to take my pets somewhere else. If I hadn't been a customer for over ten years and love the attention from a few excellent staff members I would have already. Your prices are not cheap by any means. Every business has to put some money back into the business from time to time. Stingy!

As a walk-in at 10pm, Thursday night, there weren't enough technicians nor doctors on staff to accommodate a the number of patients. You just wait, wait, wait....
T&W is way too expensive for the amount of time spent with the Vet, and the cost of medication is even much more expensive than for people!

Kind and knowledgeable staff. Cost is always less than what we expect. I love that the lobby is so spacious, it's easy to keep stressed out pets separated while they wait. Being 24 hours is very convenient.
