The vet is always nice! The vet tech who did his nails this time was awesome.. Didnt realize the difference not having that super loud clipping noise could make on scaring them. My dog is a bit of a brat to begin with but because she took her time and did small slow clips he was much less traumatized by the event haha. I always recommend you guys to my friends as we have also saved quite a bit through the puppy program. We did all his shots, neutering, and terrible nail clippings through you!

My dog Booker has had a bad experience there once when a doctor tried to force his mouth open and is very stressed when he has to go into the examination room. I almost had to drag him into the room. He's 105 lbs. and was up on my lap shaking until the Doctor came in. Unfortunately this took about 12 minutes which he stressed out the whole time. My suggestion is to limit the time between entering the examination room and when the doctor actually comes in to a maximum of a couple minutes.

I think Dr. McConnell is a super vet, very good with Izzy who for some reason, after all these years, still shakes and shudders. 100% recommend her to everyone!!

Excellent! Dr. Murdoch was very kind and patient with Vinny. It was an emergency visit and she didn't rush his treatment. She also spent time talking to us and explaining options going forward.

Thank You for the wonderful caring service given to Decker. Jennifer and staff were very kind and professional, taking the time to lower my stress level and explain what Decker's problem was and how to get him better. It is know 24 hours after our visit and I see a big improvement.
