Installers arrived on time. They covered all the rugs with drop cloths and were friendly and professional. All work was done and cleanup was perfect. I would highly recommend this company.

Very dissapointing - the tech used scare tactics even refusing to turn on my heating system. Instead it was the typical - "you need to replace your system" or repair it at a cost in excess of $8,000. Besides creating incredible anxiety for me I have checked with another contractor who didn't express the same concerns about the heating system. I have checked the venting system and it meets the manufacturer's requirements for sidewall venting. It would have been more professional if a more senior level technician had reached out or better yet, actually visited my property to review everything rather than just talking on the phone to the tech (supposedly) and making it seem like I have a faulty installation. Maybe the Carrier system is just junk if it is actually failing after 9 years.

Modern. HVAC has been servicing my furnace for 10plus years. I’ve always had great service from them. From the owner, to the techs, to the office staff, I’ve had nothing but great and professional service. They installed a new Gas furnace, and they reach out to me annually, to maintain. Several different techs have been to my house, over the years, and everyone of them is friendly, professional and efficient. The office staff, is always polite and responsive when I have a need. Drew, the tech that cleaned my furnace recently, was polite and friendly. He also checked out my water heater- which is over 10 years old, and gave me a quote, right on the spot for a new one, should I decide to replace it. This is a very impressive “team”, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services, or new equipment.

Victor arrived within the window of time provided me. He was joyful and upbeat as usual. He immediately went to work on my heating system and was finished in a timely manner. In addition , Victor was very courteous.

Look no further for an outstanding HVAC company.

After a few days of trying to repair our malfunctioning Carrier furnace, we decided to get a professional and called Modern. The dispatch was cordial and efficient and had a repairman out in a couple days. Victor, our repairman, was knowledgeable, skilled, and patient. The fix ended up being an easy one, but he took the time to carry out a thorough inspection and explained in detail what repairs we could perform or watch out for. He was exceptionally honest and never pressured us into any unnecessary work or charges. The price was extremely fair for the work performed. We will contact Modern again without hesitation for any future HVAC work.

The response to my problem was quick and the tactician was professional and explained the issues in detail that were required to.correct the problem. Very easy to deal with and would definitely recommend Modern heating and air conditioning to anyone.
