Kimberly was absolutely amazing! She was very understanding of all my concerns and did an amazing job on my color correction and trim. I will definitely come back for my next visit!

I recently had a great visit with Kimberly. This was my first visit to Mode and I used a Groupon for a cut and color. I am always a little nervous when I visit a salon for the first time but the staff was very welcoming and Kimberly did a great job! I will be back!

A little tricky to find but great little salon! Wonderful service and I was very happy with how my highlights turned out. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend to friends.

The staff are really nice and outgoing. They provide excellent service and they are really helpful towards each other especially the manager Joe. The gal that did my hair (Jennifer) was very patient with me, as my hair took more than what we expected. I loved the outcome of my hair and already scheduled my next appointment.

I bought a groupon for a haircut and balayage. While the haircut was fine, the highlights did not show up on my hair at all. Also, I don't believe that I received a true balayage at the salon. My hairstylist did the balayage like regular foil highlights, rather than "painting" the color on my hair (which I how the technique is described online). Basically, I feel like I paid $125 for a haircut, with no color at all.
