I had a great experience at this salon! I came 10 min early and they got me going right away. The room was very nice and comfortable and the products used were on the high end. I also like the online appointment system. I will definitely return!

I wasn't completely happy the first time I came in, so I was prompted to come back and get everything fixed. The second time I LOVED my hair! I also loved the girl that did it. I can't remember her name (sorry!) but she is the lead singer of a band. She is so sweet and easy to talk to and did a really great job at listening to what I wanted.

I have been going to Mode for maybe 5 or 6 years...and even though my hairstylist has changed a few times, I've always been happy when Ii leave.
i really liked working with Thomas today. He made me feel heard, he checked in with me and was honest about pricing and he really did an amazing job on my hair cut and color!
