I love the friendly atmosphere and the way Dr. Mitchell and his staff explain why they are doing a procedure and how it will work. I love how they are willing to work with my family and I on finances and that they can mostly work around my college schedule. I would definitely recommend Vitality to everyone who needs a chiropractor. Plus, they have the best massages in town for a really reasonable price!

I went in with a mild low back strain - nothing horrible, but enough to be uncomfortable a lot. After the adjustment, there was a significant improvement! I went from a 5 out of 10 to a 1 out of 10 on the pain scale almost immediately. Thanks Dr. Mitchell for taking the time to help straighten me out!

I enjoyed going in and meeting with Dr. Mitchell and staff! Great experience,friendly and funny I felt comfortable going in and being seen. I definitely will go back on a regular basis

I began going to Dr. Mitchell last year when I could barely walk because my legs were super tight, my shoulders where curving forward, and my stress level was a 10+ physically and mentally. This year - same job, same time period, many hours in front of the computer - I am sitting up straight and walking normally, with minimal pain levels and days without pain.
Chiropractic care has given me back function, energy, and quality of life. Dr. Mitchell and his staff are friendly and fun so you leave the office rejuvenated in body, mind, and spirit.
