this was a very disappointing visit. we were greeted in the waitng room by an unfamiliar tech who did not even introduce herself, but just went to take the leash. when i asked for the injection to be given in an exam room, and not in the back in the treatment area, she seemed flustered, and instead of inquiring about my request she walked away.
the dr. came out from the treatment area, didnt greet us, but just gave the injection and walked away.

My cat, Houdini, felt so comfortable that the doctor had a difficult time listening to her heart because she was purring so loudly. I have been a Miller Clark client since I was in grade school (I am now over 60). Clearly, you all do a tremendous job.

Dr Kaplan was great. He was very attentive and even came out into the waiting room to check one more thing he thought about after our visit for a skin irritation. Very thorough.
