For good reasons, we have been a loyal customer of Melton Heating & Air for 4 different properties over the past several years. During a recent demanding hot period MH&A was willing and able to "shoe horn" an appointment to perform an emergency repair of a manufacturer's assembly defect that disabled one of our units during a peak hot period. Many thanks go to MH&A and their staff for their professional and prompt service.

Service was prompt and the young man was very courteous and helpful. I do have one question, "Where the return air is in the ceiling there is a loud click when it kicks on, could this be due to slack where the filter sits and the mouth of the duck?"
