Everyone was very welcoming and Theresa did a fabulous job on my hair cut! Lori was also great with my highlights. They came out the exact way that was communicated. Overall I had a great experience here.

Excella salon. I have had my daughters hair highlighted here and recently mine by Jonathan. Amazing beautiful highlights that I love! He is a brilliant colorist and you can't go wrong going to Melandres. You will walk out beautiful.

I like how fast I got an appointment.
I don't like that I have to remember the names of the people I have the appointment with. Staff should do that.
Also, what really bothered me that they washed my hair before the stylist could assess it. That does not make sense. The stylist tried to give me advice but first of all she saw me only with wet hair and second she didn't really make suggestions. The haircut turned out very nice but I am not sure if I will return.
The eyebrow appointment in turn was very good but expensive.

My visit was a gift from my daughter. I saw Jonathan for partial highlights. He is an amazing colorist and his work is exactly I walked out pleased, He took his time to evaluate, listen, consult and give me options.
I booked my second appointment before I left. Casey the hairstylist washed and dried a piece for me to see and she was very good as well.

I had a wonderful facial service and a great overall experience at the salon. Lauren did a fantastic job and had some great suggestions for products/skin care.
