There was a change in their staff and a little misunderstanding with my file transfer but they were very good at clearing everything out without a problem. Such manners really make me appreciate doing business with them.

The person doing my service was very nice and did a great job, however my personal feeling is that these girls dress too sexy for a upscale spa/salon. They maybe cute and all, but this is a classy place, right? I do not mind casual, but it's a salon not a night club.
I have also had several of my appointments "rescheduled" on me and it is difficult to sometimes fit in a time to go and annoying, since it has happened more than once.
All the negative behind, my service was excellent and I guess that is why I keep coming back!

I'm elated with your new addition KRISTI! She is an artist when it comes to fillers. Being middle aged the importance of having someone who truly knows what they are doing is priceless. I'm also amazed how the level of bruising is minimal to nothing at all since I have started with Kristi. I'm thrilled, you have a new loyal MD Laser Spa patient.
