I feel I was ripped off. On the phone I was quoted $450 to install a new sump pump. Once the plumber arrived, he pushed for me to buy a complete "system". I installed sump pumps in the past as a woman and know there is no system, there is a pump, back up battery and back up pump. Just to install the sump pump and replace the battery was $1250. Absolutely ridiculous. He wouldn't start the work until he could replace both. Now I have a battery that goes bad with in 3 years vs. the life long battery type I am used to where all you have to do is maintain the water level in the battery cells and the battery lasts forever (basically). Now I'm stuck, to have both replaced every 3 years, as that is the life of both products they install.

I have used MasterCraft Plumbing for many years and have never been disappointed. The work is performed professionally by a true craftsman and at a reasonable price.
