The process to book the appt. was a little misleading because it allows you to book times as early as 8am and we were advised that appt. do not begin until 9am? Once the appt. was booked everything went smoothly. Thank you!

Our dog was seen on time. Dr. Montminy answered all of our questions and gave us valuable information re: older dogs. He gave us information regarding tests and vaccinations but left the decisions as to whether we thought our dog needed these solely up to us.

I drive over an hour and a half to see Dr MacDonald after moving away. He has spoiled me for any future vets. I've tried 2 in my new town and they can't compare to how well he cares for my pets. He recommends what he would do if they were his own. I always feel like I'm being treated fairly while other vets seem to just want to get as much money as they can out of me.

I had called for help with my kitty, Little Man, and they were able to get me an appointment right away. They were very helpful, and gave me instructions on where to go after that. I am grateful for their help, and will use their services again.

The service here is the best. The vet explains all that he is doing and asks for input . The vet offers choices on what service can be done.
