Everyone was friendly and informative. As a new patient , I appreciated the time taken to get to know me and to build trust before any work was done. When presented with my plan, I would have appreciated a little more time to go over it. We discussed replacing a bridge and getting an implant, but didn't discuss the full cost of both and number of visits it would entail.

Great as always. Didn't even know she was giving me two needles. Plus there was no discomfort the next day.

Dr. Chincheck and her staff are absolutely outstanding. I have never experienced the care, genuine concern and detailed explanations Dr. Chincheck and her staff provided and I came away with a very clear sense of what was needed and why. Dr. Chincheck's professionalism and genuine kindness are equally matched by her outstanding skill and expertise as a dentist. I have never experienced "painless" dentistry except with Dr. Chincheck, and her skill and attention to detail are without peer. Dr Chincheck's exceptional skill, caring demeanor and continual pursuit of the best practices in the field make her and her practice extraordinary!

My experience was fabulous. Like going to a Women's March and having your teeth cleaned at the same time.. Dr. Chincheck and all her staff were welcoming and professional.

Her professionalism reflected by her thoroughness in identifying current issues as well as potential issues was exceptional. Furthermore, when she identified an issue, she informed me on one hand to the necessity of resolving certain problems deemed critical to avoid more serious problems and on the other hand to deal with less serious problems in a discretionary manner. I never felt pressured in any case.
