All associates very nice and friendly. Ginger was calmer since the Doctor and assistant took some time to talk to her and pat her. She was not as stressed as before when we left. So we were both happy.

they did a great job with my kittens spay and declaw the owner of the clinic is a great guy... thanks for such a good experience
