Staff friendly and very attentive. They took special care to make me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the checkout. They also explained in very good detail what needs to be done and in a way I can understand.

I thought everyone was very nice and professional. The staff seemed very caring regarding my situation. I believe they very much care about the welfare of there patients.They actually checked see what my insurance covered instead of just charging me a crazy rate. Love when someone can work with you. So I say thank you and look forward to this dentist being my family dentist

I was seen promptly and with courtesy by staff from the beginning through to the end of unexpected visit. Had a little of a wait to see Dr. Perez, but I sat quietly in my cubicle listening to how others were being treated and even for the neophyte, even I could envy a place like their office to work

Had root canal and crown done paid a lot for this service. Having trouble with the crown, they want me to pay for another procedure to find out if something else can be done if not they say i might need a bridge. So the crown is useless all that money gone and that was not cheap. Will be going to another Dentist. Do not trust these. Money wasted but they do not seem to care there always another procedure they can do for more money.

The staff, office and Dr. Perez were very nice and friendly. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because on the phone when I scheduled the appointment I made it very clear I wanted the tooth extracted that day and was led to believe it would be done at the appointment I scheduled with Dr. Perez. However, when I saw Dr. Perez he informed me that he does not preform any type of extractions. It just would have been nice to know that information when I called so I didn't have to waste my time or the office's time just to be referred to an oral surgeon who couldn't see me for 10 days.

Things were running a little late because of unexpected situation with previous client. Folks are very good.

The diagnosis I received was incorrect, and the consultation was over priced. The alternatives I was given included root canal and crown. Your Ceric system was down and it would have required two visits. I got it done at another dental office on a single visit and the root was healthy and only required buildup and crown replacement. Dr. Anderson was dentist I saw.
