Dr Hoffman is great. He has been seeing my pets for years. I don't have to wait long. Everyone is friendly. It is just a little expensive.

The staff are always friendly and greet you like your animal is family (as they surely are !).
The care they provide is truly professional, thorough and done in a friendly manner. This the
animal can relate to and relax more.
The facility is always clean, even when "someone" has a little accident ... I will always say
good things about the quality and care they provide.

Appt. was 25 min. late; no one let me know why, etc. It was only when I said I had to leave that someone then saw me. I had requested an appt. for yearly shots and a check for possible UTI for my cat; was told that I couldn't have both in one checkup, but not until we were in the middle of the exam. Therefore I paid $103 for a cursory exam and a shot of antibiotics, and have to pay for another office visit for the shots in a few weeks. Poor communication.

Our vet Dr. Harclerode was pragmatic and not overly dramatic when we found a cyst on our beloved dog Gracie, who is barely 3. We were worrried sick, but the staff squeezed us in the same day so we didn't have to spend one more night worrying about what the prognosis could be. Dr. H maintained a sense of calm and assuaged our fears and assured Gracie she will be just fine. Thanks for a great experience and for treating Gracie like your own. We all breathed a little easier last night thanks to your team and the happy tears upon her home coming last night reminded me just how blessed we are to have a great vet. Thank you!!!
