Jody is the best! She's kind, caring, and talented and she takes the time to connect with her clients and understand their needs. She's great at listening and offering ideas and she takes the time to explain everything and answer questions.
Currently my hair is very thin. Jody has showed compassion, made me feel welcome, and offered great suggestions. All around, she's great and I always leave happy and feeling refreshed.

My hair looks great and my stylist was the sweetest person ever (I forgot her name, but she has short hair, a corgi, and is getting married soon!). She even gave me some Oreos.
The hair color is perfect, and the haircut is exactly what I wanted. I'm also happy she was able to get my eyebrows done.

I was at my appointment. Unfortunately the stylist was very unprofessional this time. She ran late but also didn't clean up her station. I sat down in hair and saw the dirty hair on her equipment. What really made me mad is after waiting . she mentioned she was going to make a phone call. Not professional and to me shows she doesn't care about clients. Very disappointed.
