The team never fails to impress. They take care of our cars with 5 star service every time. And they are so darn happy over there and why wouldn't they be? They have the best customers anywhere who are loyal and getting treated with white glove service every visit which makes for extremely happy customers. What's not be ecstatic about? Love LTDAC!!!!!

I was satisfied with the repairs so far. I did have to wait from 8am-1:30pm due to the nature of the repairs and fact that I don't live close enough to the facility to take advantage of the shuttle service. I also wish the prices were lower as I find the cost to repair an older vehicle very expensive for the average person. By the same token, the cost of a new vehicle is prohibitive to an average person making either choice a very costly proposition. An example was the cost of the part for one repair yesterday was less than $70 but it cost approximately $350 in labor. That's a lot of money unless you have a decent paying job. I recently lost my decent paying job without warning so I am a little more focused on this right now.

I am satisfied w/the repairs. I had to wait from 8am to 1:30lpm but it couldn't be avoided due to the length of the repair and the distance of the garage from my home. I wish the prices were lower, it's getting impossible to own a new car or a used one due to. the high cost of repairs!
