Everyone at Lou's is friendly, helpful. As a matter of fact, they go out of their way to make sure you get the best deal on parts that they can find! Shop is clean. Mechanics are courteous, careful, and will track down problems until they have the answer! Not just a "Well, it could be this.." type of answer, either!
